What Arc provides

Arc is an AI-assisted golf training tool that analyzes your swing videos and provides:

• Automated swing analysis and feedback
• Practice guidance with specific coaching cues
• Video quality assessment and recording tips
• Progress tracking through saved swing history

Not professional advice

Arc does not provide professional golf instruction, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should:

• Consult a qualified golf professional for personalized instruction
• Seek medical advice if you have physical concerns or limitations
• Use Arc as a supplementary training aid, not a replacement for coaching

You are solely responsible for your training choices and safety.

Your content and our license

You retain ownership of all videos and content you upload to Arc.

By uploading content, you grant Arc a limited license to:

• Process your videos to generate swing analysis and feedback
• Store your videos to provide progress tracking and history
• Use your videos to improve our AI models and service quality
• Analyze video quality metrics to provide recording guidance

This license is:

• Non-exclusive: you can use your content elsewhere
• Purpose-limited: only used to provide and improve Arc
• Revocable: ends when you delete your content or account

Your responsibilities:

• Only upload content you have the right to share
• Don't upload videos of other people without their permission
• Ensure your content doesn't violate anyone else's rights

Acceptable use

When using Arc, you agree not to:

• Misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
• Upload illegal, harmful, offensive, or infringing content
• Use Arc for any commercial purpose without authorization
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use automated tools to access the service (bots, scrapers, etc.)
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Account access and termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use policy
• We reasonably believe the service is being misused
• Required for safety, security, or legal reasons
• You request account deletion

Upon termination, your right to use Arc immediately ends. We may delete your content in accordance with our data retention policies.

Service availability and changes

No uptime guarantee: While we strive for reliability, Arc may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, outages, updates, or technical issues.

Features may change: We're constantly improving Arc. Features may be added, modified, or removed as we develop the product. We'll do our best to communicate significant changes.

Beta disclaimer: Arc is currently in development. You may encounter bugs, errors, or incomplete features. Your feedback helps us improve.

Third-party services

Arc relies on third-party providers for:

• Cloud hosting and storage infrastructure
• AI processing and machine learning models
• Analytics and performance monitoring
• Payment processing (when applicable)

Disclaimers

Arc is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

We make no guarantees about your golf performance, swing improvement, or training results. Your progress depends on many factors beyond Arc's control.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arc and its creators, employees, and partners will not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
• Service interruptions or errors
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use Arc
• Physical injuries related to training or practice

Your exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with Arc is to stop using the service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Arc harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your misuse of the service
• Content you upload that infringes others' rights
• Your violation of applicable laws

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect:
